1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Karkiya, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Karkiya.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Karkiya platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Karkiya platform, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the site or app. They apply to all games, promotions, wallet transactions, and support interactions on Karkiya.

Plain English: Using Karkiya means you agree to these rules. If something changes, we'll let you know — and continuing to play means you're okay with the update.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on Karkiya, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Karkiya does not permit anyone under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to check whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Karkiya employee.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Karkiya platform.
  • You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

Karkiya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method.

Important: Underage gaming is strictly prohibited on Karkiya. If you know of anyone under 18 attempting to use the platform, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Karkiya. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Karkiya will treat any action taken from your account as having been authorised by you unless you have reported a security issue to our support team in advance.

  • Keep your login credentials private and do not share them with anyone.
  • Do not allow another person to use your account, even temporarily.
  • Update your contact information promptly if it changes.
  • Notify Karkiya support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

Karkiya may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.

4. Deposits

Karkiya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your Karkiya wallet instantly in most cases, though occasional delays may occur due to network issues on the payment provider's side.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
  • The maximum single deposit amount is ৳50,000. Higher limits may be available on request for verified accounts.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • Karkiya does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
  • If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Note: Only deposit what you can afford to lose. Karkiya's responsible gaming tools allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings at any time.

Karkiya reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to have been made fraudulently, from a third-party account, or in violation of these terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the original payment source after any applicable investigation period.

5. Withdrawals

Karkiya processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank accounts. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳50.
  • Standard withdrawals are processed within 2 minutes during normal operating hours.
  • Withdrawals requested during system maintenance windows may take up to 2 hours.
  • Karkiya does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your mobile banking provider are outside our control.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name. Karkiya will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, Karkiya may require identity verification. This is a standard process to protect players and prevent fraud. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

If a withdrawal is flagged for review — for example, due to unusual account activity or a pending bonus wagering requirement — our team will contact you within 24 hours to explain the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Reminder: Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real money funds in your wallet are always available for withdrawal without restriction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Karkiya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here.

  • Welcome Bonus: Automatically applied to your first deposit. No code required. The bonus amount and percentage are stated on the promotions page at the time of your registration.
  • Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount must be played through before it can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated with each offer.
  • Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
  • One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while one is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
  • Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and certain other formats may contribute less. Contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms.

Karkiya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been accepted, any wagering already completed will be taken into account when calculating any refund or adjustment.

Abuse Warning: Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Games & Fair Play

All games available on Karkiya use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Karkiya does not manipulate game results, adjust odds based on individual player history, or interfere with game outcomes in any way.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all games on Karkiya. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to your wallet.
  • If a game result is displayed incorrectly due to a software error, the correct result as recorded by the game server will be the binding outcome.
  • Karkiya's game logs are the definitive record of all game activity. In any dispute, the server-side log takes precedence over what was displayed on your screen.
  • Players must not use any software, script, or tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

If you believe a game result was incorrect or that a technical error affected your session, contact Karkiya support within 48 hours with the relevant game details. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Karkiya platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Creating more than one account on Karkiya.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
  • Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal details.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or using Karkiya to process funds from illegal activities.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Karkiya staff or other players.
  • Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions.
  • Claiming bonuses in bad faith or in a manner designed to circumvent bonus terms.

Zero Tolerance: Karkiya has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, collusion, and money laundering. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities. Karkiya cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Karkiya account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone — including Karkiya staff. Karkiya will never ask for your password.

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an additional layer of security.
  • Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
  • Do not save your login credentials in a browser on a shared device.
  • Contact support immediately if you receive a login alert for an access attempt you did not make.

Karkiya uses SSL encryption across the entire platform. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties. We store passwords using industry-standard hashing and never store them in plain text.

In the event of a confirmed security breach affecting your account, Karkiya will freeze the account, investigate the incident, and work with you to restore access and recover any affected funds where possible. Response time for security incidents is within 2 hours during operating hours.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Karkiya reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Common reasons for account suspension include:

  • Violation of the one-account rule.
  • Failed identity verification or provision of false documents.
  • Suspected money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
  • Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against legitimate transactions.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or in-app message. You have the right to appeal a suspension by contacting Karkiya support. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the original payment method after any investigation is complete, provided no fraud is confirmed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Karkiya provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

Karkiya is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end.

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the incident. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Changes to These Terms

Karkiya may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify registered players via email or in-app notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Karkiya platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any changes to these terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal terms in effect at that time.
